Chapter 5

Mitch’s POV:

It’s Saturday and I have my appointment with my Reiki Counselor, to see if she can help me figure out what this connection is that I'm feeling with Nicole, plus I need some shadow work done. I don't think Nicole has spent much time in Washington, she’s looking around like it's all new to her. I asked her to stay in the car while I went inside and had my appointment. She didn't seem to mind, but I felt bad. But if what I'm feeling was nothing or something more serious; I didn't want to spook her with this relationship being soo new. 

Sherri comes from the back “Good morning Mitchell, how’s it going?”

I walked over to the front desk, to sign myself in, “It’s going good. I really need to figure out what this connection is between me and Nicole, it’s not anything i’ve ever felt; not even with the kids mom”.

“Ok, well let's get you on the table, release any negative energy, and see what we got going on; is that her in the car?”

“Yeah, but I didn't want to bring her in just yet..”

“Ok, hop up on the table and let's get you on the Magnetic Mat. How have you been feeling from our last session?”

I laid down on my stomach on the Magnetic Mat. I let the machine do its job; I almost want to fall asleep because it's so relaxing. “I’ve been good, just been working a lot”

Sherry sat in the chair by the table, and started placing crystals next to different parts of me, waving her hands over certain parts of my body, and pushing negative energy away. “Well that's good, it's a step into the right path; Now tell me what's going on with nicole”

I laid on the table taking in deep breaths, and relaxing. I told sherry how we met, when i first felt the sparks with her, and how she makes me feel. 

After about 30 minutes of cleansing of the negative energy, and spending some time in the ozone treatment. Sherry looks at me with a kind smile “..Well mitchell i think that about does it for today, as far as Nicole, i think she might be your Twin flame/soulmate, and you guys are entering  your guys journey together, i do believe you guys have been together in previous lives;something tells me you don't want to mess with this relationship. Just take it slow and let the universe work in your favor”.

I walked into the back and threw the towels I used in the washer “Thank you for another treatment, I'll bring Nicole in for my next treatment, so you can meet her.”

“Sounds good, have a good day Mitchell.”

I walked back to the Audi, and hopped in, Nicole was reading one of her books off of her phone “How did your appointment go?”

“It was good, she wants to meet you next time i come in for my appointment” I say with a kind smile.

“I would love that, I've never had Reiki Done; I have read about it. I’ll have to book an appointment with her”.

“That would definitely be a good idea”. I take off Hitting I-205 heading out to my family's house.

After we spent some time with my family, and Nicole got over her nerves about meeting my family, she had a great time. She laughed and smiled the whole time. 

We started heading back to my place, I reached over and grabbed Nicole's hand and placed it on my shifter, then I placed my hand on top of hers as I shifted from 3rd gear to 4th gear. Looking over at her, as she started smiling back at me “Did you have a good time today?”

“Yes I did, it was nice and relaxing after a crazy week with work, it’s nice to just get out and have fun; thank you!”

“Your welcome, i don’t take girls to meet my family, so that's why they looked shocked when i brought you to meet them”

She smiled at me, before looking forward and helping me continue to shift. “I loved meeting them, I will admit, I was super nervous meeting them; I know your family is nothing like Tylers. But meeting new people, especially a person I care about, is a huge step for me.”

“Well they loved you, and you're not fake; which makes it even better.” She smiled back at me, I grabbed her hand off the shifter and kissed the back of her hand, and placed it back on the shifter as we drove back to my place.
