Sister-In-Law Really Fooled Us. Poor Guy!

Someone’s p.o.v.

David: Boss! She is in the hospital. Her reports are fine but she seems to have forgotten about Mr. Lewis. She called him brother.

Mr. someone: Brother? So where is he?

David: Mr. Lewis is in the hospital with her.

Mr. someone: Ok. But did anyone see you following her.

David: No boss. But I am afraid if someone finds I am following her we will get into trouble. Especially after what happened today I don’t think Mr. Lewis will give up with out investigating the matter.

Mr. someone: I will take care of that matter. Its not us who hit her so I don’t think you should be afraid. But be careful if he knows about it all then it will be a big problem.

Fred’s p.o.v.

After a few minutes Lily comes out of the room. She looks at me and says, “Flower guy!”

“Shhh. Slowly.” I say squatting to her height.

“What are you doing here? Are you my mamma boyfriend?” She asks innocently.

Who teaches children these things huh!

“Almost.” I say winking.

“Ohh. But careful my mom has really bad temper and is soooo clumsy.” She says giggling.

I can’t help smiling back at this little cutie.

“Ok chief.” I say patting her head.

She gives me kiss in my cheeks and runs to Olivia giggling happily.

I smile to myself and knock on angels door.

She yells a sweet come in and I go inside. She is looking at me smiling as I sit beside her bed.

“Are you feeling ok?” I ask her.

“Hmm. I am fine.” She says still smiling.

I hear another knock in the door. I yell “Come in.”

A nurse with medicines in her tray comes in and places the medicines in the side table beside her bed. She asks angel to eat them in time and goes outside leaving us alone.

She looks at the medicines with a disgusted look and looks at me.

“Whats wrong? No matter you like it or not you have to eat them.” I say with a stern look.

“Don’t you have work in the office?” She says trying to change the topic.

“No works till you are discharged. Now stop trying to kick me out and eat up.”

“No work?? Why?” She asks looking guilty.

“What do you mean by why? I have to take care of my little sister don’t I. Stop giving me that look and just take the medicines.” I say patting her head.

She takes the medicines without saying anything else.

Bzzt…. Bzzt…..

I hear my phone vibrate. I am about to cut it when I see the name. Its my dad.

I excuse myself from the room and pick the call.

Fred: Hey dad. How are you?

Mr. Lewis (Alexzander Lewis): So you finally remembered me huh! Its been almost a month since you didn’t came back home. Where are you now? Working or messing around huh??

Fred: I know its been long. I was about to come home today actually but something important came up so I had to go to hospital.

Mr. Lewis: Hospital? What’s wrong? Are you okay?

Fred: I am fine. My friend got into an accident so I came to take care of her.

Mr. Lewis: Ohh! If there is anything important call me. And are you coming home or not tonight?

Fred: Really sorry dad but I won’t be able to come tonight. How about next week?

Mr. Lewis: Okay. But remember not to stress out too much and if there is something I can help with then remember to ask me for it.

Fred: Okay dad.

I cut the call and take a deep breathe. After mom’s death my dad and my sister were the only one I had in this world. Although we both didn’t have a good relations before but since a few years we both have been more close. Our relation has got much better and I am really glad for it. I wanted to ask him to help me find the culprit but I really didn’t wanted to stress him out.

I call my personal detective.

Detective: Good evening Mr. Lewis!

Fred: [{(After all the explanations and details about the incident)}]

Detective: I got it Mr. Lewis. I will find it out as soon as possible.

I cut the call and sigh. Just thinking about someone trying to harm my angel makes my blood boil. I will make sure they regret it well.

Next day

Castiel’s p.o.v.

I slowly open my eyes and Fred is sleeping on the small couch in the corner of the room. Why is he still here? Didn’t he go back home yesterday? I remember he went outside to pick up the call then… I fell asleep and he probably took care of me whole night.

I just sit there looking at his beautiful face when he slowly opens his eyes.

“You are awake. Wait! Let me help you.” He says rubbing his eyes.

He helps me sit and I ask him, “You where here all night?”

“Yaa. Why did you ask?” He says casually.

“But why? You will catch cold if you just sleep on the couch like that and what about your work. Also where is Olivia.” I ask concerned. 

“Stop.. stop. So many questions. Olivia was not so well so I asked Brian to take care of her. And for my work I have asked Haniel to take care of it. You don’t have to worry about it.” He says smiling.

Next day

Olivia’s p.o.v.

I am doing my work when I receive Cas call.

Olivia: Cas. Are you okay? I was about to come but Fred said that he will take care of you. How is your so called revenge going on? I really feel so bad for him.

Castiel: I know. He has been taking care of me since yesterday. I really don’t know what to do? The more nicely he behaves the more I feel guilty.

Olivia: So when are you gonna stop this stupid act?

Castiel: I think I should pretend that I remembered as soon as I wake up tomorrow. I really can’t keep up….

Thank god she finally wants to stop it. If he finds it then it will surely be a problem.

I feel someones hot breathe over my head. I look up and its Brian. Oh s**t! s**t! s**t!

I hurriedly cut the call and stand nervously.

“Mr. Lee. Is there anything you need?” I say hoping that he didn’t hear it.

He just stands there with a stern look.

“Ok. How much did you hear?” I ask cautiously.

“Everything. I don’t wanna keep guessing so better say it yourself.” He says angrily.

“Mr. Lee I really don’t understand what you are saying.” I say trying not to sound nervous.

He just stands there with an intimidating look. Why does the air feel so thick? I can’t. He already knows. What do I do?

“It really was not my idea. She wanted to settle scores or revenge something like that….” I keep on saying something which even I don’t know when he just walks away.

Brian’s p.o.v.

When I saw Olivia talking in phone I thought maybe I should have some fun. I am bored anyway. I stand just behind her when I hear her saying something like Fred, revenge and stupid act on the phone. She looks at me gets all nervous and cuts the call. What is it about that she is so scared? Suddenly an idea hits my head which I wasn’t even sure it will work. But just after scaring her a little she just blurred out everything.

She was cute anyway. Who knew that the strong fighter girl will get scared so easily? I just can’t stop smiling. But now the most important thing is letting Fred know. Sister-in-law really fooled us. Poor guy!
