The Meeting

I woke up before my alarm for once, which was a rarity. I have never been a morning person before my coffee, and since I was in a hotel, I wasn't going to be able to just ask an omega to put together a Caramel Macchiato to wake me up. Groaning I dragged myself out of my bed and stumbled, bleary eyed to the shower. After cleaning up I pulled out my black pencil dress, slinky and body hugging, and always a winner to show off my figure, and my Loubouton stilletos to match. Deciding to do my hair and makeup first. I curled my bright red hair, matching my eyebrows to the colour of my hair as I did the rest of my face. I went the whole hog with the make-up. Contour, Eyes, lips. Sure I was gay, but it still made me feel good to know people's eyes couldn't leave me. Plus being fairly well covered in tattoos gave me a bit of an edge to my appearance. A dangerous look as my Grandma used to say. Safe to say she and all my family hated them. Once I was satisfied, I wandered around in my underwear getting my bag together, before slipping my dress and shoes on. I still had plenty of time looking at the clock, and figured I'd try to find a decent coffee shop when I arrived in Midnight Suns packland. I'd heard about this independent shop that was the bee's knees and all fair-trade sourced coffee. I mean I drive a sports car so I had to give something back somewhere else. I strolled down the the front desk, a new receptionist was on today, so I asked him for the valet to bring my car round. Though I did have to ask him twice since he was staring. I waited for my car in the lobby, which only made him stare more when the white R8 was brought round. I chuckled to myself as my heels clicked across the marble floors. If he's impressed by this he would blow his load over some of my other toys. I tipped the valet and hopped into my car. I revved the engine and pulled off, after putting the directions into my phone. Midnight Sun's territory was huge, and I needed to stay relaxed today. Getting lost down a random road was not the ideal situation. After about 20 minutes I arrived at the border. Security here was tight, and I got pulled up, ID checked and my invite verified. It was like going into a military base. I took the opportunity to ask for directions to the best coffee house, and the guard pointed me just a little way away. I pulled up at Mama Fae's Coffee house. It looked so hipster it hurt, I could even see the Fae staff in there fit perfectly into the vibe. All the men had beards and stretched ears, I could definitely feel comfortable in here, as they all looked like my bestie Ryan back home. Thinking of how much he would love it here, I decided to video call him whilst I waited on my coffee and Blueberry muffin. 'Hey Ry! How are you?!' I asked as his face filled the screen. 'Sioux what happened? Did you wet the bed? You're up, dressed and by the looks of it at a coffee house before 9am?!' he laughed at me. 'Oh haha you d-bag. How's it going back home? Has my dad calmed down yet?' 'Well he's certainly going to have to redecorate his office, but he's definitely calmer now.' I sighed, at Ryans words. He's calmer until I get home. Seeing my expression, Ryan says 'Hey, chin up Sioux. It will all work out, and you never know, you might find a mate now you are actually open. 24 and an Alphas daughter not mated is practically a scandal!' I laughed at that 'Thanks Ryan. You know how to cheer me up. I gotta go, my coffee is here and I need to get ready for this meeting.' 'You got this gorgeous. Go make millions!' 'I'll call you later Ry. Bye!' I hung up, and finished up my coffee and muffin, before leaving a tip on my way out. It really was an amazing coffee. Time to make my way to the Pack Office building.
