“I love you,” I whispered. “Let’s never break up again.”
His lips parted.
His jaw clenched.
His eyes darkened.
And then—sinumpa ko na ‘tong kama na ‘to—binaliktad na naman niya ang posisyon namin. Boom. Ako na naman sa ilalim. Parang revenge niya ‘to for all the times I stole his fries without asking.
He held my leg, wrapped it around his waist, and stared into my eyes like he was making a vow... or planning a crime of passion.
And then… I felt him.
He was in. And I was gone.
I couldn’t breathe. Our lips were open. Eyes locked. Skin on skin. Love on love. Kalat on kalat.
“I love you,” I mouthed, just before I forgot my own name.
