Operatives of the Direction de la Surveillance du Territoire or Directorate of Territorial Surveillance, (DST) were staking out a building in the Oudaya area of the city.
Their Gongolan counterpart, had briefed them on the activities of the assassin called Isipoki.
Morocco had tales to tell of this assassin. They had more than 13 calling cards from Isipoki in police evidence storage rooms across the country.
Morocco wanted him to pay, and were very ready to assist the Gongolans.
The house they were staking out belonged to a suspected g*n maker, Ahmed Aujjar. Aujjar was a former Royal Moroccan Army engineer, retiring at the rank of Commandant.
