CIA March 29 Jazeera, Somalia. The American Central Intelligence Agency CIA was very interested in unmasking Isipoki. Frank Duggan had made it his mission to catch the elusive assassin. Duggan was the station Chief at Cairo six years ago, when he crossed paths with Isipoki. A top Iranian scientist had come to Egypt on a seminar. It was the man's cover to defect. Duggan was supposed to deliver him safely from the Embassy, to the waiting Navy transport that would take him out of the country. The Iranian weren't going to let one of their best scientists leave them. He knew too much to be allowed in the hands of the Americans.
