I had spoken too soon. Not only was this not the quickest paperwork I had ever needed to complete, I ended up needing to double check decidedly too much information on the system in order to fill it out, making it take that much longer. If I was honest with myself, the idea of holding Medi against me and bouncing her on my c**k as I carried her, wrapped around me, to the closest couch, bed, or other surface still wearing that annoyingly mouth watering dress that Luigi had bought her was probably slowing me down more too.
