LEONARDO Medi stepped back from the door and drew her arms around herself. Clearly defensive. Did she think I was going to chastise her for her relationship with Emilio? I walked in and strode over to the chair at the small desk I had set up in every guest bedroom. Medi paused at the door before slowly walking over to lean against one of the bed posts. Despite her slouched position, she still looked tense, like she was ready to bolt at any moment. "You have been told about curfew?"
