"It doesn't work like that," she said gently. She stood up, dusting off her jeans. "Anyway, I have to head to the library. I need to start prepping for that test in COMM 133. Have you even looked at the material yet?"
"I went through it last night. I’ll probably do another pass later this evening. Right now, I want to head over to the field and see if the cheerleading squad is starting their open practices."
"Alright. I’ll see you at lunch then?"
"See you at lunch, El. Ciao."
