  The afternoon light came through the curtains weak and gray.   Sienna lay curled on her bed. Still wearing yesterday's clothes. Hair tangled. Face smudged with old makeup that had run with her tears.   She hadn't moved in hours. Maybe longer. Time felt meaningless now.   Her room looked like a hurricane had passed through. Clothes thrown everywhere. Books knocked off shelves. Her phone facedown on the mattress beside her. She couldn't look at it anymore. Couldn't see the notifications that kept coming.
