I looked at the plan she had already prepared, and I couldn’t believe it.
But then I understood why she wanted Ashley to join in as well.
She plays a major role in all of this.
You see, tomorrow is Wednesday, and that is the day we will be breaking in and trying to find the underground lab.
“I don’t get it. This nurse is helping him with all these experiments. Why sneak in? I mean, she can just use the front door,” Ashley pointed out.
“That wouldn’t do. If people knew that she was working there, they would expect her to actually work. If she were coming to work every day and then disappearing, it would seem weird,” Freya explained.
“I don’t get it. How did you suspect her? Why her?” Ashley asked Freya.
She smiled, the kind of smile that told me she was impressed.
