“Okay then,” Andrew said, getting up all excited.
He and I smiled.
“Actually, I have just changed my mind. I think I will freshen up in the guest room, please lead the way, Mary,” I said to Mary, who nodded.
“What are you doing? You just agreed, didn’t you?” Andrew asked me, and I nodded.
“Yes, and like I said earlier. I am a human being with a will of my own,” I said, and then looked at Niall and Andrew.
“I am not an object that is used in a bet,” I said and then walked off.
It was petty and silly, but I just felt like I had to push back.
I hate it, I hate that I couldn’t push back against the Luna and Alpha earlier.
