I woke up, still on his chest, smiling as I took in a deep breath. He smelled amazing, his woodsy cologne lingering even after a nights sleep. I nestled in closer to him.
"Did you sleep good?"
I jerked up and looked at him with a smile. "I didn’t realize you were up. How long have you been awake?"
"I don’t know twenty minutes or so."
I sat up, crossing my legs. "Why didn’t you wake me up?"
He sat up, leaning against the headboard. "You looked peaceful, I didn’t want to disturb you." He glanced over at the bedside table. "Our flight leaves in three hours. We better start getting ready."
