VINCENZO’S POV It was nearly 3 a.m. when I finally returned home. The hours between midnight and sunrise have always been my domain. Keeping late hours was second nature to me, not like I actually ever got to sleep at night. I shrugged off my suite jacket as I entered the sprawling mansion. The soft glow of the gilded lighting illuminated the entire house, the muted hum of the outside world providing a distant soundtrack.
