Lizzie was woken by the odd feeling of being watched. After they had rescued Jennifer, Red had gone to the hospital with her. Liz had arrived a few minutes later to the cell, where Red had been hugging his sobbing daughter tightly. Red looked up at his wife for only a second but Liz had seen everything she needed; surprise, gratitude…happiness.
