For a pregnant moment both Lizzie and Red just stare at Ressler like immobilized statues. What girl? Someone from his past? A lonely lady? A mistress? Perhaps a denied sister? His wife?
“We searched for any criminal record but nothing. She’s a journalist who edits the online version of the New York Times which is quite surprising, due to her age,” Ressler continued.
“How old is she?” He furrowed his brows.
“She’s 28.”
