Giles Ekins was born in the North East of England and qualified as an Architect in London. Subsequently, he spent many years living and working in Northern Nigeria, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain working on the design and construction of various projects including schools, hospitals, leisure centres, Royal palaces, shopping malls and, most particularly, highly prestigious hotels.
He has now returned to England and lives in Sheffield with his wife Patricia. Amongst other works, Giles is the author of ‘Sinistrari’, ‘Murder by Illusion’, ‘Gallows Walk’ and the children’s book ‘The Adventures of a Travelling Cat,’ all published by Next Chapter Books.
