The family is about to get up and leave for the night when Kim suddently looks like lightning has hit her. She sences something in the air. She races to the front lawn where she stoppes in her track. Her facial expression goes pale by the look that meets her eyes. Her team comes running up to her side and looks at the strange faces of different magical creatures. The leader of the Elves steps in front of the squad: "As you well know you have all been appointed to the squad because you are the best of the best. And you Angel have been the leader because of your unique skill to detect magical beings and your way of protecting them even when you didn´t from what!" His green eyes looks with intens at the squad. "However it has come to our attention you don´t use your skills to your full capacities and that´s why we are here!" The squad looks a bit confused at one another. A huge man steps closer to the elf. "Do you remember how you became aware of your skills?" He askes Kim. She looks at her team. She looks down, remembering all to well that day very clearly. "Would you mind sharing it with us? We are the higher council for all magical beings. We have high hopes for all of you!" A beautiful voice says and a very beautiful lady comes in view. She has long blond hair, deep blue eyes, a light blue dress with long sleeves on. They can´t see her feet as it looks like she is floating on air.  Kim meets her eyes and nods. She signs and take a deep breath. She begins to tell the story: "It was on the 4th of July 4 years ago. We were in Afghanistan, Helmand province. We had taken heavy fire all day. We had 5 injured human soldies and we were on our way back to the base when we were hit by a grenade that was´t made to injure humans but took out Mannic, Mayson, Le Cour and Jackson. The truck flipped around cuz it was Jackson who was driving it. I got out of the back just to see these weird looking people staring at me and then the soldiers from the other truck started to fire at them. Making them take off. We quickly got the injured soldiers out along side Mannic, Mayson Le Cour and Jackson. Lolland and Hunnican along side me stayed with the injured while the second team went back to the base to get help. That night we were hit by another grenade that took out Hunnican. I saw how it effected him but not me. I was just standing next to him but it didn´t touch me one bit. That´s when I relaized that they were magical beings or creatures. And that´s when I knew that these people were huntsmen out to get them for experiment on them, just like I had heard my parents talk about when they thought I was asleep when I was very young. It made me feel hurt that my friends, brothers in arms, were meant to be an experiment. I wasn´t going to allow that to happen. The following morning I sat out to put up traps to get them off our  backs until the rescue came. I sat down by some rocks away from the cave we had been hiding out in. I knew that Lolland was watching me from above so I felt safe somehow. Safe enough to take them on head on.  It was early afternoon when they came around again to look for any evidence off the magical creatures that they had injured. I had made a mixture of the humans blood and the magical ones put it around the trap and sure enough they went for it. I took out half with the first trap and the second took out a few more. They went away again. I made new traps and sat waiting this time they came strong. They were more then a dozen huntsmen armed with different weapons. I knew I couldn´t lead them to the others so I tried to lead them futher away from the cave and they followed me. We fired back and forth for what seems like an eternity. I finally came face to face with the leader and his 5 best fighters. We faught and we were all injured pretty badly and I remember asking the Moon goddess for the strength of all the injured magical beings I was trying to protect as I was on the ground. A strong shiver went though my body as I heard their loud screams from above me. I thought they had been killed..." Kims voice cracks when the memories of the pain and sorrow that she recalls in her heart makes tears fall down her face. She dries them away with the back of her hand. And continues: "I got up and fought for everything I believed in, for my friends, my parents, my family. Everything. I finally killed the last fighter as the leader was about to excape. He ran right into the rescue team that had come to our rescue. I never ran so fast up the clift to the cave to find everyone was not only alive but awake too. The last thing I remember was a sence of relief seing them alive and awake even the injured soldiers, then a sharp pain in my heart like my heart was riped out of my chest and I passed out. I woke up 2 weeks later at the hospital with my team and my family around me. That´s was when I was told what I had nearly died. But because of the strength from my team I had survived but still had serious injuries." She shrugs while looking with gratitude towards her team showing off a huge scar across her belly leading around her left side. It looks like someone had tried to cut her in two.
