Can a human become a great Luna?

A true hero

It has been two days since the attack and now the story has gone nation wide. It turns out that the five men had attacked serveral teenagers around the state and thanks to a DNA test the victims can now get some kind of closure. Kim can´t forget the look on the girls face. It haunts her whenever she closes her eyes. Her dad has been checking up on her daily and her mother calls her every night. Her brothers text her in stead. She is happy to have them but for now she needs to reasure herself that the two teenagers are going to be fine or better when she saw them last. She starts to walk up the huge lane to get to the main house of her neighbors. She knows thats where the teenagers are being taking care off by the staff at the hospital there. "Kinda odd to have a hospital at home?!" Kim shrugs

The guards see her and mindlink Jack: "Kim Watson is coming up the lane!" "Let her pass and direct her to the pack house!" Jack answers. He gets up from his office chair and walks downstairs. He finds Shelly and Joline at the kitchen counter. "Kim Watson is coming over!" They look at him and smile. They are looking forward to finally meeting this awesome woman who saved their pack members. They all leave the kitchen and go to the clinic where the two teenagers are recovering from the attack. They notify the doctor that a human is coming. The nurse who is a wicca quickly use a spell so the teenagers bodies still looks like they are still bruised by the attack. 

Rob goes outside and waits for Kim to arrive. She is being surrounded by some of the youngest members of the pack. She is holding hands with two 5 year old girls that are sharing something about butterflies with her. She listens to them and they all look so calm around her. The kids seems to be mesmerised by her. Rob follows the tiny crowd while they get closer to the house. He mindlinks Jack: "She is here!" The kids tell her all kind of things. She just smiles and enjoy their company and they are actually really sweet and curious. She likes that. She looks up to the house as one of the girls points towards it. She sees a very handsome young man standing by the door. Ready to escort her to the clinic. She nods to the kids that all disappear between some huge trees nearby.

Rob greets her. "Hi I am Rob. Welcome to our eastate. Let me take you to see Tischa and Leroy. This way pleace" by show of hands he leads the way to the clinic. Kim recognizes the smell. She smiles and follow Rob into the house. He leads her to the clinic where Jack, Shelly and Joline are waiting outside the room with teenagers. Rob introduce them: "This is Jack vice president, his sister Joline and our CEOs sister Shelly." Kim shakes their hands with a short hello. She looks through the window into the room with teenagers. Jack opens the door for her as she enters their faces light up. She goes over to Leroy first and gently hugs him. And she hugs Tischa. They talk for a bit. Leroy is still recovering from the use of wolfbane on his open wounds but she can´t tell that. The wounds are covered with bandage and the wicca made the effort to make them look like they are still healing from the attact. 

Kim sits on Tischas bed and they just talk about the news and that they were happy for the other victims to get closure as well as them. Kim looks at them and then says: "For what it is worth, I am so sorry this happen to you. I wish I had come sooner. But I am happy that you both seems to be doing alright. Happy to have come to your aid. Maybe when you are feeling better you can come and visit me at my cottage?" They both smile and says: "That would be really awesome. Thank you!" they laugh cuz they both say it at the exactly same time. Kim says goodbye and leaves the room. "Are you alright?" Shelly asks her. Kim looks pail. "I don´t know, I can´t shake the picture of her face that night. I am truly sorry they had to go through all this!" Kims signs as she nods at them. Rob shows her out. Shelly looks at Jack. "I have met her before or I think I have!" Jack looks at her and then looks after Kim as she makes her way down the lane leading out of the packs estate. "Have you shared this information with your brother?" he asks her pussled. "No not yet. I have to be sure before I tell him" she says. All of them stand in the door and watches her as she walks down the path and out of their sight. 

Out of sight Kim notice the kids from before. A girl named Lilly runs over to her. "You gotta see this come quickly!" Lilly pulls Kim over to the others. They show her some amazing flower arrangement they have made. She stays for a while before heading off.

A while later the kids sniffles the air. A awful smell hits them. A lady comes and quickly tells the kids to go hide up in the trees. As she walks a little further the smell gets worse, rotten flesh and wet fur: Rogues. She remenbers the smell from serveral fights with them. She says a little prayer: "Dear mother and father. Pleace listen to my prayers. I ask only to live the next moment with honour and pried. Give me the strength to see another day!" The first rogue attacks her, followed by 6 others. The leader of the rogues looks on as the lady keeps the wolves at bay. She is fast and quick on her feet.
