Can a human become a great Luna?

The kidnappings

Kim leans against Matt. She snuggles into his chest. His large muscle fitted arms holds her tight. His eyes lights up when she says: "I am sorry you had to overhear that. I know it hasn´t been easy on you not knowing where I was, only given you the vision I wanted to share wit you. I... I was just scared that I wasn´t good enough" the last sentence is all just a very low whisper. Matt hugs her even tighter. "You are my everything! I love you with every breathe, with every heartbeat, with heart and soul. I am yours for eternity!" He says and kiss her on the top og her head. He is 6.2ft and she is just 5.5ft. She looks up at him. Their eyes meets and is filled with love, passion and desire. Matt lower his head and their lips meet. 

A huge bang makes Hunnican jumps up, Matt and Kim let go of one another and looks around confused. Lolland, Mayson and Jackson come running out from one of the pack houses. Every one looks at one another and shrugs. Until Oakland and Le Cour comes out of one of their wans. All black smook comes out behind them. They are huffing and coughing when they wobbles futher out on the grass. Pack members have come to the sight now. "Do I wanna know what you guys just did?!" Hunnican yells at them. Both men look at him: "HUH??? I CAN´T HEAR YOU!!!" They both yell back. Kim signals them to look at their phones. They both take out their phones. She has texted them: What happen? "OH WE JUST FOUND OUT HOW THE WITCH MADE THOSE BALLS FOR THE PORTALS!!" They yelled back. Kim putting her hand to the front of her head while shaking it. "Why are you guys yelling?" they look at the text. "WE CAN`T.... OH. We can´t hear anything. Sorry!" They say a little lower. Everyone shakes their head at these two guys and laughs. The guys slowly regains their hearing. And just in time.

The team receive the call to gear up. Something is up and they need to get to the base ASAP. Kim turns to the leader of the werewolves and ask them to help patrol the borders and keep the pack safe as long as the huntsmen are around. They agree. Kim kiss and hugs Matt and then she runs over to the team who is already getting into one of their wans. Kim waves to her family and the team leave the Silver Lake packs ground. Heading to the base. 

On the base their commander is getting them the facts and they get to work.4 Lunas have been kidnapped at the exactly the same time. The attacker took out 4 guards, a driver and their she-beta but hasn´t killed them. It is clear that they only wanted the Luna but why? The team splits up so they can get the more facts. Hunnican and Lolland takes the Clear Water Pack to the South. Le Cour and Jackson takes the Blackwood Pack to the West. Mannic and Mayson takes the Fair Lake Pack to the East while Kim and Oakland take  the White Feather Pack to the North. 

Kim and Oakland arrives at the packs borders. It is easy to see the impact a missing Luna has on the entire pack. Oakland looks at Kim and asks: "Is that normal?" he nods towards the guards that look like they haven´t slept in weeks, red eyed, tired, fatigued and absolut no energy. "Yes I am afraid so. They need help from the other packs nearby. Let´s give them a call once we get inside!" The guards know who they are so they get through right away. They reach the pack house. It is really quiet and they are met by the old Alpha and his Beta. "We are really glad for all the help you can provide us with" the Alpha states. He leads them to the office on the second floor. They are met by the leader of the guards and the patrol  leader and the head pack trainer. Which seemed a bit odd until it´s revealed that he is the brother of the younger beta´s mate. Oakland looks confused at Kim, she just nods at him.

"So what can you guys tells us?" Oakland asks. "Well the attack happened on the way home from a shopping trip to the city nearby. The cars was taken out by grenades that took out all electronic and made them all fall asleep somehow. The attacker only took the Luna!" A dark look took over the Alpha. "We are doing everything that we can to figure this out and get her back safely. Can we please talk with the others who were with the Luna when she disappeared?" Kim states. The lead guard gets up and lead them to the pack clinic. The guards are all awake but still a bit weak. The she-beta is still out. Oakland looks to the nurse and doctor with an inquiring expressions. The doctor tells them that she has been druged by the attacker probably because she was sitting next to the Luna in the backseat. So Kim and Oakland turn their attention to the guards and the driver. 

"Why were you there? I mean 4 guards are a lot of protection for a shopping trip. Is that normal?" Oakland asks. They look at one another and the driver answers: "The luna has felt like someone was watching her every move the last couple of weeks. That´s why the she-beta went along as well. It wasn´t even a planned trip so how they knew we don´t know!" The men looked down knowing they failed their Luna and now she was missing and their Alpha is a mess right now. "Can you tell us what happened from you left the grounds here to the attack. Every little detail might hold the key to solve this. So don´t leave anything out. The men begins to tell them what happen.
