"Addie!" Emma shouted thunderously.
The air is knocked out of my chest and I gasp. I've fallen badly in one of our basket tosses and my rib landed roughly on the ground. I silently wonder how people didn't notice Jack and his superhuman speed because he arrives just before our first aid trainer who is a lot closer to us.
I groan when Jack kneels before me and gently touches my side. In the background, I can hear Emma screaming at the top of her lungs towards the two guys in our squad that was supposed to catch me.
"I don't care if it surprised you. I don't care if you hit your head and you get brain damage. You do not drop Addie Bennett!"
