Once I convinced Emma out of her cell, I helped her in one of Jack's spare rooms. I led her to the showers and gave her a few clothes Luke got from my house to borrow.
Giving her space, I left her room to find Jack leaning on the wall. I stand in front of him and sigh. "You're the Alpha."
"My father is. I didn't think she'd tell you that."
I don't know a lot about wolves or werewolves but I do know they're governed by an Alpha. I just never thought Jack was the son of one. All the signs were there of course and deep down I knew. I just refused to believe it.
Jack leans closer to my height and his beautiful grey eyes watch me closely. "What's on your mind?"
