His jaw clenched. Of course, it was her. He exhaled sharply, debating whether to ignore her. But Sophia was never one to be easily dismissed, and if he didn’t answer, she would only find another way to get to him. Raking a hand down his face, he stood and strode toward the door, unlocking it with a rough movement before pulling it open. Sophia stood before him, dressed in a form-fitting ivory dress that clung to her curves, her dark hair cascading down her shoulders in soft waves. She had always known how to present herself in a way that demanded attention, and today was no different. But Andrew barely spared her more than a passing glance. “What do you want, Sophia?” he asked, his voice rough from sleep and irritation. She tilted her head, a small, knowing smile playing on her lips.
