The rest of the week went by way too quickly. By Friday all the installations were complete, including the new security cameras inside and outside the house. Vera left early on Friday and her granddaughter was due to arrive on Monday.
The strange caller had not contacted me but I'd felt a sense of security and safety once the installations were completed. I'd been so occupied with changes that I had forgotten Vera's advice to look through my old things and worse, George's visit to my house today.
I woke up early with Revna jumping on my bed.
"Mama....mama" she shouted, full of excitement.
"Honey" I cracked an eye open.
"How did you get in here?" I frowned at her.
"The password. You told me. Get up already, Scott will be here with his papa soon,"
