Leena I turned to face the elderly man who had a wide smile on his face. "Pardon me but you are making a mistake, you must have confused me for someone else," I said in a kind voice. His smile dropped. "Mrs. Hale is over there," I pointed to Flora, who was tightly wrapped around George like a vine. The man didn't seem convinced. "Pardon my father," A new voice interrupted. "His age caused him to suffer from memory lapses" He laughed but I didn't join in. "Did he presume you were his sister?" I shook my head. "Oh then.. Don't take whatever he said to heart. His mind is fragile." I watched as he led the elderly man away. I was not convinced by the excuse he gave. Why would he assume I was Mrs. Hale? Did they spot George and me leaving the bathroom?
