(Aiden’s POV)
Suspicious, my eyes narrowed as I followed my twin brother walking around his closet room as if nothing had happened. Between us, he was the one always talking about Elle, convincing me to make up with her and give our future stepsister a chance to be part of our family.
When he saw Elle leave the building after our talk in the office, he told me how disappointed he was with me, seeing her looking worried and sad. He got mad at me when she got sick and had to be confined in the hospital for the night.
But now, my good brother was not talking, only humming as he focused on choosing what to wear. When he saw Hernan panicking and calling a doctor, he checked on her for a while, but after that, he went to his room as if it was nothing.
“It was only a mild sprain,” I said
