Judy’s POV “Why was Dad and Irene fighting earlier? I could hear yelling,” Matt asked during the tutoring session. I tensed at his words; I didn’t want to tell him the whole truth because it would only hurt him to find out it was his sister who tried to poison him a few months ago. I had to protect Matt from the awful truth; I knew Irene felt guilty about it and that Matt wasn’t in any danger, but if he found out the truth, he would never trust her again. “Just some differences,” I decided to tell him with a shrug. “It’s nothing to be concerned about.” He looked at me, a small frown on his face. “Differences?” He asked. “They’ve had disagreements before… but it was never anything like that.
