Gavin’s POV My mother had crossed a line tonight. I knew tonight’s dinner was going to end up disastrous, but I had no idea she would end up attacking Judy so boldly like that. I was angry and replaying the evening in my head as I drove Judy home. I was well aware of how awkward the silence was that stretched between us.
