I couldn't believe that Khadijah sacrificed her fresh natural air for a small thing as this. Pursing my lips I decided to let her be. Recalling the words Amna told me before we left 'She is not in the mood' were enough to explain her current behaviour.
Our relationship is funny and her mood swings are unbelievable, one minute we're friends, the next she hates my gut, then I feel like locking her at home and the worse one is the one that comes at the end of each and every one- the one I feel like kissing her senseless, it's the one i fear the most.
Knowing that i'll be testing her driving skills tomorrow she'll cool down before then but whatever it is that got her this worked up must be something weighty.
She'll calm down and be normal by then, I wish.
