“Come on Elaine, you are going to be late!” my mother starts yelling as I am pissing around to get ready for school. I am really late, but these days I have had so much on my mind and I am trying my hardest to stay focused, but it has been quite difficult.
In order to be the best student that I can be. I always have a schedule for studying even if I don't have any upcoming exam. That I'm always one step ahead, always ready for it because that's just who I vowed myself to be. And the fact that Valeria was starting to get into my head, make me feel like I'm missing out on a whole new life because I am out here trying to be a little good two shoes who does not even get as much praise as she probably deserves was not a good thing.
