Third Person POV

We all came back from the war.

Queen was happy to see us.

We all kneeled down in respect.

"Stand up warriors. You all have earned respect today." Queen said.

She said warriors but actually soldiers let off whole platoon was only me and Slayer.

We both looked at each other.

He smiled at me and I don't know but why I got goosebumps.

This guy was covered in blood from top to bottom. 

His boots, his sword was dripping blood. 

What is he?

Queen came to me and said " From today you will teach my daughter and the next Queen. Future is in your hand Greg."

I was shocked and speechless.

I silently said 'dad are you looking at this?  I will unfold the future.'

Queen went to Slayer and said" You fought well today. You earned quite bit of 

Trust. Remember to never break it."

Slayer just smiled.

"We have one more issue to discuss in their presence, my lady!" Army chief said.

Queen nodded.

A soldier brought the girl whom we found in the war field.

"This girl was followed by Kryptos soldier. It means she would be having something important. Tell us girl what you" Minister said.

She looked at me then Slayer.

Before she could say anything Queen did" I will talk to he personally about this."

After some private talk with Queen.

Queen and the girl came " Her name is Sophie. She will live in our country from today. Treat her like countrymen or anyone who go against this rule will be punished. Any doubts?"

One hand raised.

Guess who?

Slayer.

" Yes Slayer ask?" Queen said.

" Lady why was she followed?"  Slayer asked and everyone looked at her.

Queen looked at everyone and decided to tell.

" She killed someone who was close to King of Kryptos. She was forced to marry that person. They were using her vulnerability" Queen said.

Slayer wanted to say something but Queen said" Okay no more discussion on this topic. This is done. Greg she wishes to live with you. Would it be okay? " She said.

I looked at her confused.

" Alright" I said.

" So I declare from today Sophie is our citizen. She will live with Greg. Greg will teach to my daughter his skills. And last and most important. Slayer will be my personal assassin." Queen ordered.

Slayer eyed Queen and Sophie suspiciously.
