Sams POV:
Its the second day with the pack. I thought i would miss home but i dont. I never want to leave. As you already know i dont have to i found my mate here. I walk outside where i see Alpha Dean he looks at me and asks me if i can come to him. I say yes and head that way. I get to him and he says lets talk a walk i say ok.
Sam can i ask you a few things about Elana?
I look up and say yes.
Okay thank you i guess ill start off with asking how long have you guys known each other?
We have known each other our whole lives from the age of 10 when she was cast out.
What is she like?
Elana is very outgoing, she is very optimistic. She looks for a good outcome in everything. I have always loved that about her, it could be the worst thing in the world and she can find a good outcome to it.
Has she had a hard life?
I look at him and ask him if he really wants to know the answer to that.?
I pause as she asked that to think for a minute. I then say yes i want to know.
Alpha Dean she has had to kill 30 men or so in the Rogue pack for trying to r**e her. She has had to be forced to live like an animal cause of something her mother did. She was held by Tyson for fighting his men. She did stand up to him and tell him his men need better training if they can be killed by a girl with little to none training, she will stand up for herself and others in a heart beat. It gets her in trouble sometimes. Is there anything else you would like to know? I ask him.
Do you think she will pick me? She did just meet me.
I think she will i have never seen her so happy till now. She wasnt this happy with Lee. i can tell you both love each other very much. I also see how happy you make her.
Im so glad that conversation is over. It was a little weird i wish he would have asked Elana the questions and not me.
I walk back up to the pack house to get my things unpacked in me and Johns room. I get maybe half my things unpacked before there is a knock at my door. I know who it is from the sent coming from the other side of the door its Elana. I am very happy that me and her found our mates in the same place. It just means i dont have to leave my best friend.
Come in. i say.
Hey Sam! I feel like i havent really seen you. I miss you. Elana says.
Hey Elana! I miss you to.
We have tons to talk about Elana looks at me and says.
Yes we do.
So my question to you is who are you going to pick? I know you have been happy with them both but lets be serious for a minute, i seen how much happier you are with Dean. i want nothing but for you to be happy.
I know i have noticed that to, its been like he has been the missing piece in my life. I dont want to hurt anyone though. I know whoever i pick the other will be hurt.
You already know who your picking dont you?
Yes but im not telling anyone i dont want it to get out to the people yet.

I guess ill just have to wait and see like everyone else even though im not everyone i'm supposed to be the best friend. I dont really feel like the best friend right now.
Ohh stop you know your best friend. I could never replace you. Your more like a sister to me then my own sister.

Right when i get done with saying that there is a knock on the door.
Who is it? i ask.
Alpha Dean i was looking for Elana. Is she in here?
Yes i am. I hear Elana.
Can i come in? Alpha Dean asked.
I look over to Elana and see how happy she looks when she hears his voice. Im so happy for her.
Come in i say.
So what are you girls talking about? Alpha Dean says.
Me and Elana look at each other and then to him and we both say nothing. I want to tell him i asked her who she will pick. I want to tell him it is him for sure to ease his mind a little bit. My thoughts get interrupted when Dean asked if he can have his mate back to go to bed.
I say well duh take her away.
I will see you tomorrow Elana says before leaving.
A few minutes later John comes in. He goes to our bed. I have been needing to talk to him since we arrived yesterday about a few things just a little scared to. He might look at me different.
John we need to talk about something im scared to tell you. Im scared that you will reject me after i tell you. I dont want things to change with us. I have never been so happy till i met you you make me whole.
Sam just tell me but i think i know what your going to say.
John you wont be my first.
I know, i knew that when i met you. I dont care what you did in your past. I am a little jealous but i get why you did it. You didnt think you had a mate.
I am still very sorry.
Im just glad no one marked you as their own.
