Chapter 5

(DANIEL'S POV)

His morning was the hardest I have ever had, I've had mornings where I was chased down the streets with guns but this morning was the hardest of all. I woke up with Kate's scent all over me and in my bed.

I and flashbacks of the time we were in the men's rest room at the restaurant, her kisses , her moans ,her nails digging in my back and my chest.

I go over to my bathroom and I look in the mirror my mind playing last night's episodes.

I splash cold water on my face and as I look in the mirror I notithat I have a hickey on my neck and scratches on my chest and my back. I laugh to myself thinking how I could lose so much control because of Kate, this kind of this has never happened to me before.

I quickly take Pictures with my phone and take and extra picture of my morning wood to show Kate.

'Look what you do to me'

After sending the text I realize I have never sent women pictures of my wood let alone pictures of myself. Frustrated I go to the gym room downstairs in my house.

After my morning gym routine I take a shower and head down to my father's house I have to talk to this man about my future.

(ERIC JACKSON'S POV)

"You know Kelly you have to start putting some sense in your daughter before I do something I will regret" Kate talked back at me during dinner and angers me is she did it in front of everyone.

I have always been a respected feared man but last night Kate made things impossible for me me.

"Eric you have been hard on our daughter since the death of our son"

I know my wife is right but I will never have a son again my empire can't be run by a woman and Kate is a woman.

"Set up a meeting with Kate "

I say walking out before my wife can even say anything.

(DANIEL'S POV)

I walk in the house,it's usually busy with guards doing what they do best and our housekeepers doing what they do best,so I walk to my father's office he obviously knows I'm here because he has cameras inside and outside the house.

"Son I can't say I'm surprised you're here, what's going on" he says handing me a glass of whiskey on the rocks

"I'll marry her on one condition"

I know my father hates Eric Jackson but I know be wouldn't let that hate get in the way of business.

"I'm all ears" He says sitting back in his chair.

"I want to go on a trip in 7 days time and I don't want anybody to follow me "

"okay son how long will that trip take"

"it's only going to take two weeks and then I'll be back"

"and what else do you want, I'm guessing there's more to this condition of yours" he says while drinking his whiskey.

"I want you to transfer all my inheritance money to my account and I want you to send my sisters off to Paris"

My father looks at me ,I know for a fact that he's thinking about it because he knows there's more to this power play than meets the eye.

"Done"

Shocked it a. understatement. Before I could stand up I hear my Father chuckle to himself

"What is so funny" I ask

"Well son I see you had a great night but don't let it distract you from achieving what you're set out to achieve " he says pointing to the hickey on my neck.

"And Daniel I hope you will stop messing around with girls before the wedding"

I nod and I head out and drive to the beach to meet with Dominic because I have to keep updating him just as he updates me of Kate's

plans.We have been meeting secretly after the dinner and I can say the plan is coming along just fine.

"You're late"

Dominic is not a patient guy .

"I know I just met with my father and he agreed on my terms so we're good to go you acn start planning Kate's trip"

"You know Johnson I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't the fact that you put Kate it a better mood and she seems happy because of you"

Dominic has always taken care of Kate and he seems to care about Kate more than her own father does.

"I know man just know that I wouldn't intentionally hurt her for any reason"

"I know and that is why I let you come around her , so have you guys talked about the future"

Dominic will have to wait for this one he doesn't have to know every single detail of the plan.

"Don't worry we will soon enough for now I have to go I have a wedding to start planning remember...we wouldn't want to anger the heads of our families"

(DOMINIC'S POV)

Since I've know Daniel I've come to realize that all this while he was in love with Kate but couldn't fully love her freely because of our families and their history and as for Kate she has always had a soft spot for Daniel they are meant to be together I just wonder if their love will win this war that is about to happen.

'want to go out dancing tonight' I get a text from Kate and I know she wants to let off some steam.

Before I can respond her text I get a text from Daniel.

'I just booked a spa for Kate, she can go get her nails done and get a massage too it's a couple's booking so I know she would want to take you there but don't tell her it's me not until she's done with the massage, after the massage I'll send a location of where you should bring her'

I roll my eyes and think how lucky Kate is, Daniel is a bad boy but very considerate of Kate.

'Well baby girl cancel your plans we will go dancing tomorrow there's a surprise for you, I'm on my way to pick you up '

I drive home to change into something comfortable like jeans and a shirt and to pick Kate up.

when we reach the spa I see Kate's eyes light up

"Oh my Gosh Nic this is what I needed I hope you're staying" she says and I can't help but smile at how cute she looks right now.

"Of course baby girl you're not the only one getting that full body massage"

We head in and they book us in for our massages and facials,I didn't know men also do facials that explains why Daniel's skin looks so clean. I must say I get why Daniel is always so refreshed.

After our relaxed day I get a live location from Daniel and I secretly put on the GPS to the location to drop Kate off there and head to the place in town to check in cause I wouldn't Want to be too far from Kate they might need back up.

Kate fell asleep during the drive and when she wakes up we're at Daniel's secret Cabin and he meets us outside, this must be his safe house but it's bigger than most normal Cabins
