Sunlight penetrated through the window that morning, Viktoria tried to pry away from the rays bit it was helpless, she is awake already, the young lady in her teens, clocked her seventeenth year two days ago laid on her bed, Viktoria always knew she had the looks, her spotless and non-blemish fair skin, her height that didn't need heels not to talk of her figure eight shape that was rare among girls her age, she was done with high school infact today was her last day as an high schooler so she wasn't in s hurry to go to school, throughout today is going to be fun for her, she is going to spend time with her friends and her final moments with her boyfriend, today is the day they were going to call it a quit since they are both leaving high school. She got up with a bounce and started preparing..." Vikky your breakfast is ready" her mom called from the kitchen, she grabbed her little bag and went to the kitchen where breakfast was , the sweet hot aroma of toast bread and rich tea hit her hard her mouth watered, making 'yummy' that drew her father's attention, "your mother wanted to do something special for you" he said, she squeaked, hugged her mom and planted a kiss on her cheeks. "Go and eat your breakfast Vikky, I'm proud of you, always" her mum proclaimed. Viktoria Like, the only child and daughter of the Luken, a small family of three leaving in the woods and surb of Texas their family weren't that rich as their neighbors but they had enough for their basic needs, her father works in a museum far away in the capital and is rarely home, but her mother is the HM of the biggest Elementary school in the state , so they had enough to send her to a good school and provide for her needs, she was contended as long as she was happy, she was happy with her family and her beautiful life in school, "mom, Dad, I gotta go now!!!" She called as she ran out of the house, her parents were yelling sweet words but she wasn't listening again , she wore her helm, mounted her bike and kicked off at a great speed, it's 9an school should be full by n my,ow, if Vivi and Rose are not around i can sneak in but but what if?.. she rode at blench blinding speed, racing through school day in and out has given her a lot of experience with maneuvering.

In moments she skidded into the school, the compound was already alive with students having all kinds of fun as it would permit, suddenly there was a roar, she packed her bike, got off and searched for the noise to see a huge chunk of the crowd running towards her and at their head was her two best friends "oh mehn" she swore and prepared to make a break for it but her friends caught up to her, "Vikky we've been waiting for u!!!" Vivi exclaimed, "why?x she asked an eyebrow raised, " it's all Vivi's idea I told her you wouldn't like it but..." Rose explained with a shrug, sheepish as always. "She is going to love it, come on" Vivi countered grabbed her handand led her, the crowd falling behind with excited chatters, she was led to another chunk of guys and this time she noticed they were guys , so the ones pulling her were the girls, coming towards her with a lovely smile on his face was charles, handsome as ever, he looked good in his round be neck, body hug that revealed his muscular frame, they both stared at each other causing chaos in the background, "thanks for everything Vikky" Charles appreciated with love in his eyes and a desire to kiss her. She leaned to accept the invite when her eyes suddenly fell on somebody at a far distance, dressed in black suits, with a turtle neck he used to mask himself, he had full curly hair and there was something about this stranger that put her on an edge no stranger has ever had this effect on her before, worse of all he wasn't looking at her he was staring into space, "Vikky what's wrong?" Charles asked worriedly, she peered her eyes off the stranger and wrapped her hands round Charles' neck kissing him... Whosoever that stranger was is not going to ruin her day. The party turned on as twilight descended on them, the school was decorated as a ball dancing with their lovers, she has danced her final dance with Charles before they made their break-up official, she couldn't hold back her tears, she won't find someone who will love her like Charles did , no, not very soon, she was sure of that. Tired and exhausted she sat on the chair watching the other couples, Vivi was literally dancing with every guy who asked her for a dance but Rose was glued to Andrew her lover. She has to return back home before the curfew by 12am or she did be fired but as she looked around her mates, they weren't ready to call it a quit yet, she retired her hair laying it back when her eyes suddenly fell on another set of guys dressed in black, quietly drinking like they were some Mafia guys, " who are these guys really?", She voiced her frustration aloud, "what guys?" Rose asked joining her on the table, she gestured to them on her far right,"wow, every single one of them looks cute", Rose admired shyly," Don't they look suspicious to you Rose", "Apart from the fact they are dressed uniformly, no". She looked around for the masked one but couldn't find him, he evaded her.

"Vikky they are starring at ux Rose pointed," who is starring at Vikky" Vivi demanded hotly, " Vivi wait, no-----" she tried to stop her friend from marching up to the guys , she got up to support her friend only to see one of the boys the meanest looking one grab Vivi by the throat and threw her aside, "Civic she screamed fearfully as she watched her friend sail and crash into a table, her fear transformed into murderous rage, she marched but found herself move at blench blinding speed, grabbed the guy by the collar and strength she knew not she flung him against the wall, she looked at herself not understanding what was happening to her, where did she know how to do this??, Her friends looked at her like a whole different person, she received a blow to her head as she lost her footing and fell to the ground, turning sharply to see the crowd of boys approach her dangerously. "Who do you think you are to attack an elite huh?" One demanded with a smirk on, "you attacked my friend first"she retorted,"who do u think u are coming to our school and acting like one gods,"ofc we are gods" came a voice from behind, she turned on her butt to see the guy she had flung coming to her a cut on his lips,"wheew I didn't expect a newbie will be strong enough to throw me ", he punkered. Newbie??, What and who is he calling newbie, I've got to get out of here. Viktoria thought quickly, there's something about her these guys are interested in, she has to show them even though she doesn't know, "am gonna kick your ass u know" she taunted causing them to stop in their steps, they looked at each other and bursted out laughing ridiculously, she fumed with rage but whatsoever strength she felt was no more. "She could do that you know"came a deep steel voice from behind them all as the party turned to see who was the new arrival...

It was the stranger in mask he still looked gorgeous, his hands in his pockets like he doesn't have a care in the world, "Jake stay out of this if you don't want to get hurt", the threatened but she could hear the fear in his voice and see the trembling of the others, whosoever this Jake is to impose such fear. "Of course I don't want to get hurt, it's you I fear for x Jake replied calmly. "You are outnumbered Jake and chancellor shepherd is not here to give u tips", one of them said, "come at me with all you've got, I'll keep my hands in the pocket" the Jake guy was smiling in his eyes . The onlookers shifted as the stage for fighting cleared, Vivi and Rose came and helped her to her feet, "Vivi are u okay?" She inquired of her friend," I'm fine and I'm stronger than I look" Vivi replied happily but her mood then changed, "who are these guys and what do they want from you??" She asked , "I don't know Vivi, I am as lost as u", the four boys attacked the Jake who still had hands in his pockets, the guys were fighters who have spent and are still spending their entire life fighting but it was obvious that the masked one was a better fighter than them, he evaded, dodged their attacks swiftly and with tranquility. The crowd began to scatter because at every blow missed , one could feel a force of wind hit the walls, the next thing was cracks," this is dangerous, we have to get out of here" Rose exclaimed as they began to run, she heard it before she could feel it, her friends back as the force struck a hole on the wall, where her friends would have been," Vikky u saved our lives" Rose hugged her with gratitude but Vivi was skeptical..
