If there's one thing that has kept me going since I started this job, it's the knowledge that I can see people clearly, for who they really are. Since I started this undercover job; as my father would call it, I've understood that people mostly treat others like s**t. Cleaners are mostly regarded as the lowest of the bunch, and that gave me a bird-view of everyone's character.
I for one could say that most people here have one thing in common; and that's the attitude problem. I've noticed that the top staff members treat the people below with only one thing — scorn. Only a few of them still treat people below reasonably.
