Dio's P.O.V

At 6am

I came back from jogging and about to enter washroom, I got a call from Uncle Alex, he was in panic and babbling something which I couldn't understand. I told him to go slow so that I can make out what he wants to say. Then he said " Dio, Naaya wants to come back, my daughter wants to comeback." I was stunned, but I’m unable to understand, why he's telling me that she wants to comeback. So, I asked him, okay Uncle I got it she wants to comeback but how does it concern me. Uncle Alex replied "she's in danger Dio, right now I don't know what kind of danger she is in, but I don't want to lose my daughter forever, because of my helplessness". It took few minutes for me to register what he’s saying, “Okay I got it, but what do you want from me, Uncle Alex. He said “she's in New York and I’m having her address, I want you to escort her and ensure her safety and brought back her safely to Rome.

"Oh, so I'll see her again after so many years, after that fateful day when she left this place  without informing anyone of us, now she wants to come back but I don’t have courage to see her just yet. Now, what you got yourself into Naaya, hope you are okay" I snapped out from my thoughts when I heard Uncle Alex's voice. " Dio are you there" humm "Are you even listening to me, what I'm saying".  Yes Uncle I heard it loud and clear but I've a condition. After a long silence he said "what condition Dio".

I was little hesitant but maybe, this is my last opportunity which I don’t want to let go. So I said, “I want to marry Naaya, when she comes back Italy, you have to promise me that and you need to make sure that you will not let her know about all this. You need to make her agree for this arrange marriage.

I was expecting some resistance from Uncle Alex, but to my utter dismay he agreed almost immediately and said "Dio, I thought you will ask me something like managing rights of the company or will ask something related to business but what you asked, it was always one of my thoughts. Dio, I'll be more than happy, if Naaya will get married to you. I'll try my best to convince her to marry you but Dio you know, after so many year’s she might not be  single, may be already having husband and kids, after all its been 7 years. And if not married may be boyfriends and relationships, I don't want her past should affect and influence your emotions towards her, if its like that just back off before starting anything. We will negotiate with something else, anything you want"

"Uncle Alex, if she’s married and having kids then end of discussion, I'll not bother her. and other than that I don’t want anything else but if she is not married or engaged then I can assure you my emotions will not get influenced by her past, even if she had several relationship". Then he mumbled to himself " if it has to change it would have been changed long back when left everything behind" . So its deal right?" and he said "deal".
