Him and I

Chapter 2

 I went back to the closet and picked up a dress my mom bought for me three days ago just for my graduation.

I looked at myself in the dressing mirror and giggle, The dress fit perfectly and it's feel comfortable too.       ( I'm in a white fitting dress with heels not higher than 4 inch to avoid getting my feet numb for standing too long during the ceremony).Have comb my deep black hair which l got from my dad, a little make-up and some red lip gloss which kinda enlighten my face up a bit , l went downstairs to join my mom for breakfast

     "Good morning sweetie" she said whiles l descend the stairs without looking at me

     "Morning mama" l replied

 OMG!!!! She shouts making me jump 

"You look beautiful darling"she said making me blush a little

   "Thanks mom"l said giving her a hug and she returned it with the biggest smile plastered on her face.

  At that moment l heard the front door bell ringing and l knew who it was after waiting for some thirty something minutes she finally arrive.My mom was about to get it but l stopped her in her tracks and walk pass her to open the door.

   " l made it" she said with smiling

 "I knew you will" l opened the door wider and gestured my hand for her to come in

"Thank you my lady" she said bowing which got me laughing so hard

We joined my mom on the island,some scramble eggs, sizzling rashers of bacon, some sausageand some toast.Mom poured us some boiling water in the mugs whiles Allison and l are bussing ourselves by lathering butter on each slice of toast . Breakfast was delicious like always, Allison and l did the dishes while my mom went upstairs to get dress. We finished with the washing and after some minutes she came downstairs looking like an angle descending from the heavens, We shared a glance at each other ( Allison and l)

   "Wow" in unison and we both laugh at that

"Mom you look wonderful"l said with teary eyes,the last time l saw like this was before my dad died.

 "Mrs.Benson you look amazingly gorgeous"Allison said

"Dont call me that, call me MOM"

 "Okay.......... Mom"

We headed out and straight into Allison's car waiting for my mother to get in after closing the house door.

  We got to campus, my mom heading inside first to find a place to sit before the sits becomes occupied.We made a call to Alex to inform him that we are here,and within some minutes his car came into view and was parking in the parking lot, whiles we waited for him beside Allison's car.The three of us headed inside and were given a graduation gown on our way in(only for graduate) we helped each other to dress in our gown and headed for our sits.

 Now we are standing outside with my mom taking pictures of us with my dad's camera.Took one with her,another with Allison and Alex, another one with Allison only and also the four of us with the help of someone.

    We went home after such a wonderful day today,had dinner, said my goodbyes and kisses to my mom, went to room, made some calls to my two best friends and went to bed 

 "Tomorrow is a new day and we will see what to do then" (a voice behind my skull sneers)

I smiled and with a sound mind drifted off to sleep.
