It felt like an electric shock went through my body when she said that, and I didn't think before I grabbed her neck, pressing my body against hers.
“Watch yourself,” I growled, my teeth bared.
She just smiled, leaving me even more speechless, my anger fading. She held my hand that was on her neck. “Then f**k me, Alexander. Satisfy me if you don't want me thinking about your father.”
Was this the same Isabella I knew? How did she manage to hide this side of herself? And how could she look and sound so different? This side of her was having a different effect on me entirely, making me look like an i***t as I tried to process it.
