After half the cup was gone, Aurelia set it down on the desk and sat up straight.
"What is the agenda of the meeting?" Aurelia asked.
It was a pretty funny and unserious thing to ask at the start of the meeting between two people. It was necessary because Alex didn't think it was important to inform them about the details beforehand.
"Yes, um," Alex fumbled around for a while before pulling out a file. He slid it towards Aurelia and said, "This is initial plan for the gymnasium and the scholarship that will be given next academic year. Please review it and give your first impression of it."
