I woke to a splash of water on my face. The cold shock of it brought me back to full consciousness. As I blinked away the water, a rush of memories flooded my mind. Every single lost moment came back to me in a torrent. I remembered everything.
I remembered the moments with the twins, the laughter we shared, the secrets whispered in the dead of night. I remembered how I tampered with the brakes of their car, how Darin was unconscious, how Darwin was angry with me, and how I met him kissing a lady which made me run out and then the accident. I remembered every single detail of my life. Everything was back.
