Bella chuckled softly and took a sip of the wine.
“Don’t get drunk,” Darwin cautioned. She smiled at him and stubbornly took another sip of the wine, making Darwin groan as he tried to go over to her, but she giggled happily and swam away.
My heart swelled at the sound of her happy giggles. It gave me so much joy that she was happy, and I would do anything to make those smiles stick to her face.
