Darin and I exchanged glances, clearly confused but curious to know what Felicia had to say to us. We had met Felicia once, and Tina introduced Felicia as her best friend, so whatever Felicia had to say would be really important.
“Felicia, stop all this and let's go out and talk.” Tina's words sounded like a plea. She seemed so scared and anxious, and just that piqued my curiosity. I had to look at Felicia, who had a victorious look on her face. “On a scale of ten, tell us how important what you have to tell us is.”
