Olivia’s POV
“Ahhh!” A sharp, burning pain shot through my chest, making me cry out without meaning to. It was so sudden, like someone had stabbed me with a hot knife.
“Olivia, are you okay?” Beta Edwin’s voice cut through the pain. He looked at me worriedly from the driver’s seat, but I couldn’t answer. I shut my eyes tight, trying to get through the intense waves of pain.
“What’s happening?” I whispered to my wolf, desperate for answers.
“Our mates are with another woman,” she replied, her voice filled with anger and hurt.
“Damn it!” I cursed under my breath as the pain grew worse. The reality hit me hard—my mates knew that being with someone else would hurt me deeply, but they did it anyway. It was like they didn’t care about our bond or my well-being.
