This wasn't helping. Frustrated and bitter, I pulled away from the memory of Minerva and I sleeping together. Every moment I was in here was a moment I wasn't spending protecting the real princess--not just my recollection of her. I had already been under too long. If brute force of will didn't work, and following my memories didn't work, what would? I thought hard, trying to piece together a solution. Something had sent me under.
