Two days have passed since Peter and Angie came back from their holidays, Angie gave Peter a gift that she bought for him but unfortunately Peter neglected it, asking why Angie bought this watch because she knows very well that he has plenty watches, he ended up saying that he works hard to earn this money but now Angie is messing it up. Peter tries his best to ignore Angie, he is always away from home and when he is home he is always busy with his phone trying to ignore Angie. That worries Angie because even in their bedroom Peter doesn't touch her at all, even if Angie tries ways to get Peter to pay attention to her and talk to her, Peter always makes stupid excuses saying he's tired and doesn't have time and needs to rest.
Today Angie chose to do laundry, while putting her and Peter's clothes in the washing machine she found store receipts in Peter's suit pocket, these receipts show that Peter bought flowers, a gold necklace and diamond earrings.
Who did Peter buy all these things for because He still hasn't given me,maybe he wants to surprise me but he should have done that a long time ago because it's been two days since we came back from the holidays,thought Angie.
Angie chose to ask Peter about the receipt, Peter was shocked when Angie asked him.
Honey one of my friend wanted to buy his wife what you see on the receipt but he forgot his wallet by mistake so I bought it for him, answered Peter lying.
Angie just believed Peter without doubt because she never thought that Peter can betray her, She really doesn't know that Peter is lying to her. Angie then continued doing laundry , Peter remained deep in thought.
Thank God I didn't get caught, but I'll have to be careful in everything I do, thought Peter.
Few minutes later Angie decided to take a break from doing laundry so she went to the kitchen to prepare food for her and Peter.
When Angie finished preparing the food, she called Peter to come to the dining room table to eat. Peter went down the stairs to the kitchen to eat, but it can be seen on his face that he doesn't want to sit with Angie in the kitchen
