Disappointments

It's early in the morning when Angie wakes up from the sofa she slept on yesterday while waiting for Peter, she realizes that Peter didn't come home.

Peter didn't return home yesterday but maybe he sent a message regards on that , thought Angie, looking at her phone on the couch.

Angie is scrolling on her phone to see if Peter sent her a message about not coming home but finds out that Peter didn't send her a message. That upsets Angie, she can see now that her husband is changing his behavior. Angie went up the stairs to take a shower. When she was done taking a shower, she just went down the stairs towards the dining room to clean up because it was still decorated and there were even flowers on the table, after all, yesterday she had planned to make Peter happy, unfortunately he didn't come back home. While Angie was cleaning up, she was interrupted by the ringing of her phone, it was Abigail who was calling and answered her phone.

How are you my friend? I hope you are fine, greeted Abigail.

Yes dear, I'm fine, answered Angie.

Abigail immediately felt that Angie was not fine.

What's up my friend? "Are you okay? I'm asking because the way you talk doesn't show that you're okay," Abigail asked.

I'm fine, it's just that yesterday Peter left the house saying he was going to his friend's party but he didn't return back home and what's strange to me is he didn't even leave a message, Angie answered worriedly.

No, my friend, don't be sad, maybe Peter drank too much alcohol and couldn't even come back home because it's dangerous and illegal to drink and drive a car, answered Abigail on the phone.

I understand friend, but Peter has changed these days, said Angie.

Stop being worried Dear, just wait 30 minutes I will be there. I want us to go out and and have some fresh air, Abigail responded.

"Okay dear, you'll find me waiting for you," said Angie as she hung up the

phone.

After thirty-four minutes, Abigail arrived at Angie's house.

Where are we going, Angie asked.

I can't tell you now, it's a surprise, said Abigail happily.

These two best friends entered the car and drove away.

When Abigail saw that they were about to reach their destination, she asked Angie to close her eyes with a cloth because she wanted to surprise her then Angie did close them.

When they entered the Terra Nova Spa gate, Abigail parked the car in the parking lot and got out of the car to open the car door for Angie to get out. Angie got out of the car, and Abigail asked her to remove the cloth and Angie did remove it.

Wow friend! This place is so beautiful, said Angie happily.

Dear, the moment I called you I saw that you were not well, so I thought maybe if I would bring you to this spa to get a massage, your mind will cool down , Abigail answered.

Thank you so much, it's like you really knew that I really needs a massage, said Angie happily.

Yes of course Dear, I knew that you really needs a massage . After all I'm your friend I know you very well, said Abigail laughing.
