Change of plans

It's Saturday morning , the sun is shining brightly, Angie is woken up by the sun's rays at home from the window of her and Peter's bedroom.

Where has my husband really gone, Angie wondered

Ohh, I forgot, we are going out today to Graskop Gorge in Mpumalanga.

Angie wonders to herself when she wakes up and find that her husband is no longer in bed. She didn't focus too much on her thoughts because she told herself that her husband woke up earlier than her because he was going to bath so that they can take their trip to Mpumalanga on time.

She just wakes up from the bed with a smile on her face , while she's dressing the bed, she thinks that it means her husband really wants them to take this trip since he woke up so early that he hasn't woken her up because every weekend she is the one who wakes up before Peter.

Angie leaves the bedroom and goes to the bathroom, where she finds Peter taking a shower.

Angie greets her husband with a smile.

Good morning love.

Peter greets back but it's obvious that he has no desire to talk to her but Angie didn't notice that,she continued to brush her teeth and went out to the kitchen to make breakfast.

20 minutes later, Peter appeared wearing his fancy suit, smelling of perfume.

Angie called him to the table to sit down so she can bring breakfast for him but Peter refused.

I'm sorry, my love, I won't be able to eat, I'm going to buy food on my way to the office .Another thing is that I'm sorry, I won't be able to continue with our trip because I got a call saying that I'm needed at the office because investors will come, you can call your friend and go with her, you and I will go next week but only if I'm not busy.

I love you, Peter replied to Angie while kissing her on her cheeks.

Peter takes the car keys and goes out the door, leaving Angie standing in the kitchen. Angie was sad that she is no longer going out with her husband, but she didn't take that into her head.

I don't have to be sad because my husband is working for us and our future.

Angie takes her phone and calls her friend to let her know that she must get ready because they are going on a trip to Mpumalanga.

Have you ever heard the proverb "Love is blind?" because that's exactly what happening to Angie because she does not see that her marriage is slowly falling apart, she doesn't even see that her husband is starting to lie to her. Things are not going well in Angie's marriage, especially since Peter is no longer interested in spending time with Angie.
