Everything Felicity had imagined about kissing Dwayne was true. His right hand trembled as he held her face in his palm, and he tasted like mint and something nutty, and he kissed her like he meant it. Like he’d thought about kissing her too. Like she was his. He broke the kiss after only a few seconds, and Felicity couldn’t quite catch her breath. To hide that fact, she smiled and pressed her forehead to his collarbone.
