"Try this" Dominic said
He let go of the punching bag and stood behind Adison and took her wrist and showed her.
"Keep the fist staight and when you punch go palm down like this, never tuck your thumb out it will hurt and never put your fist to the side" Dominic said
"Okay" Adison said
"Plant your foot one foot front one back and lean into the punch put your whole weight into the fist your going to punch with" Dominic said
"Okay" Adison said
"Alright give it a try" Dominic said
He went back to holding the punching bag.
"Left, right, upper right, left, right, upper left and duck" Dominic said
Adison looked at him confused.
"What?" Adison asked
Dominic sigh out as he stood in front of the punching bag.
"Left *punch* right *punch* upper right *punch* left *punch* right *punch* upper left *punch* and duck" Dominic said
"Oh okay" Adison said
"Remember when you duck cover your face like this" Dominic said
Adison put her forearms up covering her face.
"Yes like that" Dominic said
"Okay ready" Adison said
Adison went forward as Dominic held the punching bag as she did light hits barley making a smacking sound more like taps.
"Stop. Stop" Dominic said
Adison stop as she looked at him.
"You need to put your weight behind the punch like this" Dominic said
He punch as the bag made a loud smack.
"Channel your anger get mad" Dominic said
"But I- I don't get angry" Adison said
"Not even when you were little?" Dominic asked
Adison shook his head.
"When I felt like getting mad, I would write in my diary. Writing helps me calm down" Adison said smiling
Dominic sigh out as he rub between his forehead.
"Okay let's just do a few more. Just try your best and use your weight" Dominic said
Adison nodded her head.
"I will calll out left, right, or upper right and left and when to duck" Dominic said
"Okay" Adison said smiling
They spent the hour with the punching bag getting nowwhere Adison was using all her weight but without the training at a young age it just was soft and not strong enough.
"Okay that's enough for today, let's go change" Dominic said
"Is their a shower?" Adison asked
"Yes there is and fresh towels in there as well" Dominic said
Adison nodded her head.

"What's next?" Adison asked
"Home enought for training today" Dominic said
"How did I do?" Adison asked
"You ahh, you did good for someone never train before" Dominic lied.
"Were not going to do guns again are we?" Adison asked nervous
"No, but I'll just show you how to assemble gun and reload them but you won't shoot" Dominic said
"Okay" Adison said
"Wouldn't want you to accidentaly shoot someone" Dominic said
Adison nodded her head.
"What's after fight?" Adison asked
"Well, that will be all just for now, just something to protect yourself" Dominic said
Adison nodded her head again. They soon reach the house as Adison got down from the SUV and went into the house.
"Dominic" Enzo said
"What is it?" Dominic asked
"Don Ricci is on the phone" Enzo said
"I'll take it in the office" Dominic said
Dominic looked towards the livingroom as Adison was playing with the kittens and Thor, he went up towards his office as he went in and picked up the phone.
"Mr. Ricci" Dominic said
"Dominic you can call me dad." Vincent said
"Yes" Dominic said
"Well I called because Adison's mom's birthday is coming up and usually every year we would go to Scotland and visit her home town this would be Adison's first time going too and wanted to know if you guys have time to go" Vincent said
"When will we be leaving?" Dominic asked
"Next weekend, the festavel will last three days" Vincent said
"Okay" Dominic said
"Great! I will have Mason send you the information when he get's back from his trip" Vincent said
"Okay" Dominic said
Dominic hung up the phone as he did some paper works before going downstiars as it was time for dinner. Adison was already sitting at the table as she looked at the pets that were having their food as well, Dominic went to sit at his side.
"I just got off the phone with your father" Dominic said
"What did he want?" Adison asked
"Your mother's birthday is coming" Dominic said
Adison looked at him as she smiling.
"I finally get to go" Adison said smiling
"Yes he invited us to go" Dominic said
"Mason and Tabitha always tell me about the celebrations when they go and even Abby and Gina when they went" Adison said
"Why havent you gone?" Dominic asked
"Dad usually waited until we were 18" Adison said
"Oh" Dominic said
"I'm so excited they said the celebration lastest three days. Mason went once early and said it was much funnier when they were setting up too" Adison said
"Do you want to go earlier?" Dominic asked
"Can we?" Adison asked
"Sure, I never been to a celebration in Scotland so I'm looking forward to it" Dominic said
"My grandpa owns one of the largest castle in my mother's hometown only seen pictures of it before and they say sometimes it rain out of nowhere so we need boots, he has horses too" Adison said
"You ride?" Dominic asked
"When I was younger at my grandma's place up at their vineyard near Philo, I would go every summer" Adison said
"Do you know how to speak any of the lanage?" Dominic asked
"There are different kind but the one at Stonehaven is Northen Scots Gaelic, Nothern Scotish. I read about it online and the languae is weird when you talk" Adison said
"What have you learned?" Dominic asked

"What does that mean?" Dominic asked
"I'm excited for the trip" Adison said

Adison looked at him.
"Did I say it right?" Dominic said
Adison blushed as she nodded her head.
"You picked that up fast" Adison said
"Well I do speak five languages" Dominic said
"Like what?" Adison asked
"Italian, German, French, Spanish, and Chinese." Dominic said
"Wow, I only know Italian and Scottish Gaelic" Adison said
"I bet I can have it fluent by the time of the trip" Dominic said
"You can try" Adison said
"Well see" Dominic said
Adison just smiled at him as they contuined eating their dinner as they talked about the trip to Stonehaven, Scottland.
