Grandma lives about 25 min from the small little town of majestic falls, colorado. Known for the massive waterfalls deep in the mountains, it's a pretty good hike to some of them. Not sure if i would make it to some of them, I'm not the most athletic, as you would say. Im just cruising down the dirt road into town taking in all the sights from the beautiful trees beginning to change color to the crystal clear lakes. Needless to say, I was distracted when a jeep filled with teenagers whips around me kids hanging out the back window yelling at me to get off the road or learn to drive. All of them seemed to think the kid was so funny. All of a sudden i got a strange feeling like someone was staring holes into my head. Strange.
Before i had a chance to see who else was in that car it sped off down the road i wondered how they kept control of it on these dirt roads? Pushing the encounter to the back of my mind i make my way into town turning down the streets that grandma showed me seeing a little store, I decided to go in and get some pencils and notebooks. That way i could take notes grabbing a few more things i walked to the front counter to pay, where a younger girl stood with a bright wide smile looking up at me. "Hello are you new in town?" she asked as she rang up my things i smiled "is it that obvious?" "Well since i know every one in town i would say so" "who do you live with i didn't know we had a new family move to our little town?" she asked politely but questionably. wow people around here were quiet noisy i guess she saw my face cause she quickly said "oh my im sorry i didn't mean to pry my Dads the mayor and im just to curious for my own good" shyly looking down at the ground i smiled "no its ok i just moved in with my grandma Ruth magna."
She looked at me with shock and excitement and something else i couldn't seem to read. I'm Jennifer, I said and what's your name? Im Nina. She said brightly," are you going to the high school here?? "Yup", popping the p with a pop. She squealed so loudly i thought the glass in my glasses were going to break. "I was on my way there now did you want to ride with me?" i asked "it would be nice to atleast know one person here." She didn't even hesitate. She grabbed her bag and i started to realize she was gorgeous, she had long blonde hair, a shade of blonde that only came on a natural. It complemented her tall tan body, she was very slim and seemed very athletic. She was the prettiest girl i have ever seen.
she said her goodbyes to the older lady behind the counter i hadn't noticed that she was there watching our entire exchange with hooded eyes. Walking to my truck she looked in awe, "ohhh so this truck was for you!!!!!" she said "my uncles the one who did most of the work on it and my brothers tinted the windows and put the system in, although they thought this was going to be for a boy" she laughed. i wasn't sure whether to be offended or not "oh boy wait till my brothers find out your a girl!!!!!" at this point she was dying c*****g my head to the side i asked her whats so wrong with me being a girl with a truck. laughing right along with her i will admit it did look like it was made for a boy but im not the normal girl glitz and glam wasn't my style rough and rugged now that's my style. As soon as she could breath again she told me " its not that my brothers were all excited about a new boy hoping that they would all get along and f**k s**t up as they would say, i cant wait till we get to school" she laughed out and climbed in the passenger seat. She rolled down her window and blasted some song she seemed to really like noticing how nice the system was i told my self i would check that out later.
